Who are we?

We are scientists-turned-leaders with a combined 19 years of experience operating and managing biomedical core facilities. Our diverse paths from the bench to leadership give us a grounded understanding of both research and strategy. As certified professionals in Foundational Leadership, we bring practical, scientist-minded skills to our program. We founded this initiative to support scientists and core facilities in building stronger, practical and more sustainable futures.
